Plans run $14.99/mo for a Shoe Box up to $39.99/mo for a Large Vault — one flat rate per box, month-to-month. Store for the duration of your project and cancel when you want your things back. Three or more boxes on one account get 10% off.

You don't need one. Pack your items in boxes, attach the prepaid labels we provide, and drop the boxes at any FedEx, UPS, or Post Office near you. We receive them and log everything into your photo inventory. Returns ship back to your door the same way.

No problem — it's month-to-month with no contract. Keep your storage active as long as the project runs, and cancel the month you're ready for your things back. There's no penalty for going longer than planned.

Yes. Our facility maintains consistent temperature and humidity, which protects wood furniture, upholstery, artwork, electronics, and anything sensitive to heat, cold, or moisture swings — unlike a hot garage or non-climate-controlled storage unit. Your items are stored in your private account and photographed for inventory.

Log into your dashboard and request a return. Select any US address and we ship your boxes directly there. Free standard-ground returns apply to the continental US after 180 days of continuous storage; AK/HI/territories, express service, and oversized parcels are billed at carrier cost.
